Return and Exchange Policy
At "Mawada wa Rahma" store, we are committed to providing high-quality products with accurate descriptions. All sales operations are subject to the provisions of Moroccan Law No. 31.08 concerning consumer protection measures, and to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Morocco.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.
1) Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within a period of 7 full days from the date of product receipt, without needing to provide a justification, and without incurring any penalties.

2) Conditions for Accepting Returns
A return request will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product is in its original condition.
- Unused and undamaged.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.
3) Non-Returnable Products
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
- Custom-made products.
- Products that have been opened or used in a way that affects their resale.
- Products purchased during a final clearance (if any).
4) Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the reason for the return is:
- An error on the part of the store.
- A manufacturing defect.
- Receipt of a product different from the order.
5) Refund Mechanism
After receiving the product and confirming its compliance with the return conditions:
- The customer will be notified via email.
- The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
- The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6) Products Damaged During Shipping
In case of receiving a damaged product:
- We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be sent.
- We will review the case and compensate the customer either by resending the product or refunding the amount.
7) Delivery Delays
We work with external shipping companies, and delays beyond our control may occur. The store is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or logistical issues beyond control.
